Oil / Water Separation Facility

Installation type of oil-water separation facility

Basic treatment system diagram of oil-water separation facility (Patent No. 10-1151242)

The material of the filter is high molecular polyethylene and utilizes the adhesiveness through the polymer properties. In CIS type separator, CIS Type Separator is operated by lipophilic physical properties that attract various oils and physical properties using specific gravity of water, SS, and oil.

When the maximum adsorption power is exerted when the porosity between the filters is about 50 to 60% due to the adhesion and precipitation of oil components and suspended matter using the adhesion and gravity of the filter, various oils passing through the filter layer are collected and Oil droplets that have been adsorbed and enlarged are rapidly floated by the buoyancy action.

In addition, for the same reason, the suspended matter with a large specific gravity adsorbed on the filter sinks down though the filter by the action of gravity, and it shows excellent performance and quality in the removal of non-point pollutants and oil-water separation.

Process flow chart

Excellent treatment efficiency

Economy

  • The filter has high-molecular polyethylene filter material with good efficiency and can be used semi-permanently (10 years)

  • Longer service life and superior backwashing compared to fiber filters

  • There is no deformation unless otherwise heat is applied and no need to replace the filter media.

Convenience of maintenance

  • ECOVISION21 (ECO-TYPE) filter material is spirally formed polymer polyethylene and is designed for easy maintenance because it is fluid.

  • The filter is connected to the air line and can be backwashed, so it is used semi-permanently after washing for about 5 minutes.

  • Settling tank and filtration tank facilitate sediment dredging through vacuum suction (the operator does not need to enter the tank)

  • The stagnant water treatment is designed to be transferred to a sewage pipe or wastewater storage tank through a pump.
